We had a similar problem here running with the 6.0.3 server and a mail template based on R5.0.10.. It's likely that your browsers are also set to use HTTP 1.0 instead of HTTP 1.1?

Essentially the fetching error is caused when XML data is transfered over SSL and the caching headers are set to no cache...

If this is your problem then you issue is basically caused by a problem you have in the forms5.nsf database .. If you've done some testing then you'll probably notice that the iNotes6.ntf template on an r6 server works fine. This is because it uses forms6.nsf... I think the problem was introduced somewhere around 5.0.11 - 5.0.12...

If this is your problem / scenario then Lotus do have a fix for the forms5.nsf databse so you should contact support detailing your scenario.. The fix I believe will be included in 6.0.4
